This service provides an hour long, weekly session to those considering creating a business, or who already have a small or medium business.
We start by establishing your goals and objectives. Along the way, I provide ongoing support and expertise to help you navigate your evolving business needs.

One, hour long session on a mutually agreed upon cadence (weekly is common) via video chat
Other deliverables may be identified and agreed upon by both parties during the course of our work together

This is a time and materials service which will be offered on a sliding scale basis ($125 - $250 per hour). It is recommended to engage for at least six sessions, though not required.

If we both feel that partnering is a fit, we will agree to the price, frequency, and number of sessions. Payments are due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Running a small business can be intimidating. I provide ongoing advisory support and accountability check-ins to small and medium business owners to create clarity from the chaos and create an accountable and supportive infrastructure to ensure key milestones are met and support is provided where additional skills may be required.
This service is offered as a standalone service; however, it is common for clients to first engage in North Star Planning and then engage in this service for ongoing support and accountability check-ins.
